Refund Policy

✓ We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro subscriptions — no questions asked. If you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund you in full.

1. Our Commitment

At CoreTrade, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. We believe in our product and stand behind it with a straightforward refund policy designed to be fair and transparent.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New Pro subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment — no questions asked. This applies to both Monthly ($12.99) and Annual ($99) plans.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your first payment
  • The request must be for your first subscription payment only — not renewals
  • You must contact us at hello@mycoretrade.com with your account email

3. Renewals & Recurring Payments

Refunds are not available for renewal payments (monthly or annual). If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you should cancel before the next billing date.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage subscription. After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that extraordinary situations arise. If you believe you have a valid reason for a refund outside the 7-day window (e.g., a technical issue prevented you from using the service, or an accidental renewal), please contact us at hello@mycoretrade.com and we will review your case individually.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our discretion in cases where we determine it is fair and reasonable to do so.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to hello@mycoretrade.com with:

  • Subject: Refund Request — [your account email]
  • Your account email address
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)

We aim to process refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, refunds are issued through Paddle (our payment processor) and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at purchase. CoreTrade does not store or have access to your payment card details.

7. Free Plan

The Free plan is completely free and does not require a payment method. No refunds are applicable to the Free plan as no charges are made.
