Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CoreTrade. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use CoreTrade.

1. About CoreTrade

CoreTrade ("we", "us", "our") is a professional trading journal and analytics platform operated as an independent bootstrapped product. Our service is available at https://www.mycoretrade.com. For any questions, contact us at hello@mycoretrade.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CoreTrade. By using our service, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are not prohibited from using the service under any applicable law
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

3. Account Registration

To use CoreTrade you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@mycoretrade.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

CoreTrade offers the following plans:

• Free Plan — Up to 10 trades total, no payment required
• Pro Monthly — $12.99/month, unlimited trades, all features
• Pro Annual — $99/year ($8.25/month), save 37%

All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record and handles all applicable taxes globally. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Refund Policy

To request a refund, email hello@mycoretrade.com with your account email and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use CoreTrade for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our service
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from CoreTrade
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation
• Use CoreTrade to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all trading data, notes, and content you enter into CoreTrade. We do not sell, share, or use your trading data for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

You may export your data at any time from the Export section of your dashboard. If you delete your account, all your data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using CoreTrade, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CoreTrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CoreTrade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of CoreTrade shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide at least 30 days notice and offer pro-rated refunds for annual subscribers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of CoreTrade after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
